We always to try to work with local partners, whether it's sourcing our raw materials or showcasing independent craftspeople. That's why, for our furniture deliveries, we've teamed up with a local courier company in Norwich, UK. This also cuts down on our carbon footprint as the delivery crew are only based a short-drive from our workshop.
All our furniture is made-to-order so we ask that you give us a 3-4 week window for the build and to arrange delivery. Delivery will be made by a 2-man crew, who will drop your furniture off inside your property. We've designed all of our furniture to be flat-packed so self-assembly is required. Don't worry! All of our furniture is made using minimal components and we provide detailed assembly instructions.
Furniture deliveries cost £50. Please note, we don't make any margin on this, we only ask for this as a contribution towards the overall cost of delivery. If you'd prefer to collect your order from our workshop, we are more than happy to assist with this. Please get in touch at hello@quanstromstudio.com to arrange this.
Orders for smaller items and accessories will be shipped out within 1 working day. We'll use our national courier partner. Deliveries for smaller items cost £5 and tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
We will accept returns and exchange requests made within 14 days of delivery for all our furniture as long as it hasn't been assembled and has not been used in any way.
We will also accept returns and exchange requests for all our accessories and smaller items made within 30 days of delivery. Items must not be used and be returned in their original packaging.
